Securing your booking
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee, of $200 per artist booked, and completed client contract is required. Please email Emma to obtain required documentation
Please note the minimum call out for all bookings is $600 per artist. This does not include trials or travel costs, and excludes spray tanning.
Price list subject to change without notice. Your quoted price will only be confirmed with the receipt of a booking fee and completed contract. All prices on website are current and updated regularly. Travel fees are quoted based on your preparation location, so please confirm this before obtaining a quote.
Extra long/thick hair, or extensions, ADD $10pp
Trials are held in either Alpine, or Willow Vale, NSW (in the Southern Highlands), and will be confirmed upon booking. The purpose of a trial is to ensure there will be no reactions to any products on the day, to determine your chosen styles and ensure satisfaction.
A single (Makeup OR Hair) trials' standard duration is 1-2hrs, Hair & Makeup (combined) 2-3hrs, anything over these allotted times will be charged at $50/30mins or part thereof.
Trials are also prioritised to confirmed bookings due to our limited availability.
Travel, Parking and early starts
Travel is included within the Southern Highlands only, all other areas will incur a travel fee from $50 depending on location- $POA.
All international travel and accommodation must be agreed to by both client and artist and client is responsible for all costs incurred.
Parking at all venues must be provided and paid for by the client.
Early (prior to 6am, and, or further than 2hrs travel) destination weddings (outside of the Southern Highlands) may require overnight accommodation, to be arranged and paid for by the client and will be confirmed by the artist.

In the result of a cancellation, your booking fee will be forfeited. All outstanding fees for services received, such as trials, will be due immediately, at time of cancellation.
Cancellations within eight (8) weeks of your booking date will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee, cancellations within thirty (30) days will require full payment as per invoice. This applies, also, to reductions in numbers/services booked- any reductions in bookings within eight weeks will be required to pay 50% service rate, and within 30days will be required to pay 100% service rate.
Cancellations may be made via telephone or email, and will always be confirmed in writing.
Should Emma, or any artists booked via Emma McGill Makeup Artist have to cancel, all monies paid, less services received will be refunded in full and a replacement artist will be recommended.
Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the retainer fee, plus any additional monies paid, less cost of services received, is the only liability to Emma McGill Makeup Artist and any and all of its owners, employees, and agents, should artists have to cancel.
COVID CLAUSE: ONE (1) complimentary date change within twelve (12) months of original (first secured booking) date will be provided if date change occurs due to wedding/hair and makeup services ban, enforced by the government, effecting NSW/region in which wedding is to be held, any additional date changes, or rescheduled bookings further than a twelve month period of first secured booking date, will be subject to a complete new booking (new contract, invoice at current pricing, booking retainer, should any changes be made).
